How to Book

1. Request Form Submission
To begin your booking, please fill out the request form with the key details of your event, including the date, location, number of guests, and the type of experience you are looking for.

2. Confirmation and Deposit Payment
Once your personalized quote has been approved, we will request a 50% deposit of the total amount to secure your date. Payment is made via bank transfer, with your full name and event date clearly stated in the payment reference.

3. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 10 days before the event.

Cancellation and Booking Modifications

Cancellations:

  • If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • If you cancel between 60 and 15 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • If you cancel less than 15 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable due to planning and preparation costs.

Modifications:
Any changes to your booking (date, number of guests, location, etc.) must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event.
Requests made with less notice may incur additional charges or may not be possible to accommodate due to logistical constraints.
